Diploma Qualified Educator

Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team in Sadadeen, Northern Territory. This role is essential in providing high-quality education and training to our students, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. As a contract position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of our learners, ensuring they receive the guidance and support necessary for their development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve educational strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in an educational setting, preferably with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Understanding of child development principles and educational best practices.
