We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Learn to Swim Instructor to join our dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging and structured swimming lessons to students across a range of ages and skill levels
  • Creating a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment that encourages progression
  • Assessing student abilities and tailoring lesson plans to meet individual needs
  • Monitoring and tracking student progress and communicating updates to parents and guardians
  • Upholding the highest standards of water safety at all times
  • Collaborating with fellow instructors and aquatic staff to deliver an exceptional program
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who brings energy, empathy, and expertise to the pool deck every single day. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current and recognised swimming teaching qualification
  • A valid Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for swimming and aquatic education
  • The ability to motivate and inspire students of all backgrounds and abilities
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude
