MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Warehouse Specialists to join our team in Guam, Japan, Korea, Australia and the Philippines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serves as the final Technical Authority for warehouse inventory accuracy and storage optimization.
  • Authorize high-level inventory adjustment protocols and validate complex Stockage Plans for critical mission assets.
  • Approve specialized handling procedures for sensitive or Special Operations–peculiar equipment to ensure long-term readiness.
  • Provides strategic oversight of Joint Theater Distribution Center operations in the Pacific AOR.
  • Lead the implementation of advanced demand analysis to synchronize replenishment with tactical requirements.
  • Validate that all warehouse activities align with theater-specific sustainment and distribution goals for Special Operations Forces.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.

Minimum Qualifications:

Lead Level

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Advanced certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Senior Level

  • High school diploma and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional education may be substituted in lieu of experience).
  • Professional certification in Warehouse Operations.

Midlevel

  • High school diploma and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional education may be substituted in lieu of experience).
  • Forklift or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.

Junior Level

  • High school diploma and a basic knowledge of supply chain management.
  • Foundational familiarity with warehouse safety and organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with USSOCOM or USPACOM warehouse management systems.
  • Expertise in maritime expeditionary storage solutions.

Clearance Required:

  • Must hold an active Public Trust Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
