Client Care Representative

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Care Representative to join our clinical administration team at Neurosensory in Benowa, Queensland. This is a permanent full-time position (Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) that plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and seamless service delivery. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming, professional environment whilst managing the administrative operations that keep our clinic running smoothly. This role is essential to our mission of providing outstanding neurosensory care and support services.

What will you be doing?

As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients
  • Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records
  • Answering clinic phone calls and emails
  • Assisting with client and doctor enquiries
  • Accurate billing of appointments
  • Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
  • Other general office duties

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
  • Willingness to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other clinics from time to time.
