  • Permanent full-time position (37.5 hours a week)

About the Role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Officer to join our People and Culture team! This role is responsible for overseeing Uplyft’s Learning and Development administration.

Working closely with our People and Culture Team, this role will have the opportunity contribute towards booking training, administering our online LMS, sourcing and reviewing training and assisting with the implementation of our Learning and Development framework.

This role is an exciting opportunity to support across our business contributing towards meaningful work that supports the health, wellbeing and resilience of children, young people and families within the community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience with the administration of training
  • Previous experience working with digital learning tools and a learning management system
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
