As an FPGA Engineer, you will design, implement, and validate the core digital logic and embedded software that power advanced technologies. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex system requirements into robust, high-performance designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation: Develop, code, and test VHDL logic and embedded software for functional subsystems.
- Verification & Timing: Perform simulation, verification, and timing closure activities to guarantee design performance and reliability.
- Testing & Integration: Create and maintain comprehensive test benches and integration scripts.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with electronics and system engineering teams to support hardware/software co-design.
- Quality & Traceability: Follow established coding standards, participate in peer review processes, and ensure full compliance and traceability.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex issues during hardware integration and testing phases.
- Documentation: Clear documentation of designs and active contribution to knowledge-sharing within the team.
Profile & Qualifications
- Strong experience in VHDL design, simulation, and hardware verification tools.
- Solid understanding of digital design principles, timing closure, and FPGA architectures.
- Experience with embedded software development and hardware/software co-design.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
