We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the delivery and operational execution of GBS transformation engagements. Partner with senior client stakeholders to deliver transformational change across Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services organizations. Leverage your experience in GBS operations and transformation to address complex client challenges, optimize operating models, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and performance.

Deliver impact across the full transformation lifecycle—from design and implementation through go-live and stabilization—by:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of GBS transformation engagements, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and quality across multiple workstreams.
• Developing and executing implementation roadmaps, overseeing process design, testing, go-live, and stabilization activities to ensure a successful transition to steady-state operations.
• Designing and optimizing GBS processes across functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT, with a focus on standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality through process optimization and effective GBS operating models.
• Developing and implementing governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, KPIs, and performance management approaches to support sustainable GBS operations.
• Building trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and acting as a primary point of contact, communicating progress, risks, and key decisions throughout the engagement.
• Leading change management activities, workshops, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure stakeholder alignment, adoption, and successful implementation.
• Leading and mentoring Consultants and Senior Consultants, supporting their development, knowledge sharing, and performance.
• Contributing to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, solution design, and resource planning.

Let's talk about you

• 6+ years of relevant experience in GBS/Shared Services delivery, operations, or transformation implementation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale GBS transformation projects from design through implementation, go-live, and stabilization.
• Experience across at least 2 business functions within a GBS environment, such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or IT.
• Strong expertise in process design, optimization, automation, and continuous improvement, with a demonstrated ability to translate opportunities into tangible operational improvements.
• Proven project and delivery management experience, including managing complex projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
• Experience in a BPO, Shared Services, or consulting environment, with hands-on responsibility for transformation delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior client stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments.
• Experience in manufacturing-adjacent or other capital-intensive industries, such as consumer products, automotive, food processing, oil & gas, chemicals, or mining, is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across both captive and outsourced GBS models.
• Experience with global, multi-geography GBS or Shared Services setups.
• Familiarity with intelligent automation, RPA, and/or AI applications within GBS environments.
• Knowledge of GBS governance frameworks, operating models, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms, including ERP, HCM, and procurement solutions.
• Background in Business Process Management (BPM) and/or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
