We’re looking for a (Senior) Consultant who combines strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on mindset and a passion for solving complex operational challenges with the latest tools. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and support end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives across procurement, planning, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable operational enhancements that improve service, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Support clients in designing and optimizing Supply Chain Planning processes, including S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, and network design.
• Drive digital transformation by leveraging AI, advanced analytics, automation, and modern supply chain technologies.
• Translate business requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, and technology specialists to solve complex supply chain challenges.
• Support or lead implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and realization of business benefits.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership by sharing knowledge, coaching colleagues, and staying ahead of emerging supply chain trends and technologies.

Let's talk about you

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain consulting or industry, with exposure to one or more of the following: Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management , Warehousing ,Transportation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with supply chain planning platforms such as OMP, Kinaxis, or SAP S4 is required.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives is a must.
• Green Belt, APICS, PMP, or similar certifications are considered a plus.
• Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, or Retail is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. French and/or German is an advantage.
