About the role
We are looking for a Game Release Specialist to coordinate smooth and accurate game launches across our brands and markets.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end release process, work closely with game providers and internal teams, test new releases, and make sure every game is properly configured and ready for players. You’ll be the person keeping releases organised, stakeholders informed, and issues moving toward resolution.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate end-to-end releases of new games, updates, and game-related changes.
- Maintain the game release calendar and communicate upcoming launches, changes, delays, and priorities.
- Perform pre- and post-release testing across relevant brands, markets, and currencies.
- Identify, document, and follow up on game-related issues until resolution.
- Coordinate with game providers on releases, configurations, technical issues, and timelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and well-coordinated launches.
- Ensure all required game information, configurations, documentation, and assets are accurate and complete.
- Communicate release statuses, incidents, and changes clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the investigation and resolution of game-related incidents and internal queries.
- Keep up to date with new games, provider developments, product features, and iGaming trends.
What we expect from you:
- Previous experience in iGaming, gaming operations, game releases, QA, technical support, product operations, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple releases and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to testing and documentation.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with both internal teams and external providers.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A collaborative mindset combined with strong ownership and accountability.
- Genuine interest in online games, digital products, and the iGaming industry.
