Talent Acquisition Leader

We are looking for a bold Talent Acquisition leader to transform recruiting into a true strategic advantage. This is a high-impact role focused on hiring quality, talent intelligence, AI-enabled recruiting, and building a future-ready TA organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the TA transformation roadmap aligned to business and workforce priorities
• Build and develop a high-performing TA team across regions and establish TA as a strategic business partner
• Identify future capability requirements and implement upskilling and reskilling strategies for the TA function
• Drive succession planning and leadership development within the Talent Acquisition organization
• Increase organizational capability to identify, attract, and assess leadership talent
• Elevate executive and strategic hiring with stronger assessment and success profiles
• Partner with senior leadership as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and risk
• Drive adoption of innovative recruiting practices, talent intelligence, and AI-enabled capabilities
• Optimize recruiting operations, systems, and governance for scale and quality

What You Bring

• 10+ years of TA leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing organization
• Experience with TA organization design or other HR transformation
• Experience with executive search and strategic hiring
• Strong change leadership, stakeholder influence, and team development capability.
