Delivery & Support Engineer II

The D&S Engineer II is responsible for performing delivery, integration, maintenance, and technical support activities for Bagira systems at customer sites and internal environments.

The role includes technical execution, troubleshooting, operational ownership, customer support under D&S Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Integration

• Prepare hardware, software and system images for deployment
• Install, configure, and integrate systems according to project requirements
• Execute operational validation and system sanity tests
• Support and participate in Task Force integration and operational testing activities
• Perform on-site and remote delivery activities independently
• Ensure system readiness before delivery and customer handover
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve installation or integration issues
• Deliver technical training and operational guidance when required
• Support continuous improvement of deployment procedures and workflows

Support & Maintenance

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for deployed systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-level issues
• Own support tickets through resolution and closure
• Apply approved fixes, updates, and hardware replacements
• Perform root cause analysis for operational or recurring issues
• Escalate high-impact or engineering-level issues when required
• Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and status reports
• Coordinate support activities with customers and internal teams
• Support and guide junior engineers and technicians
• Take ownership of assigned systems, operational tasks, and customer activities
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and support standards
