Project Coordinator Early Phase Vehicle Development

For our location in Mladá Boleslav, we are looking for support in the field of early vehicle development. In this role, you will coordinate development activities and ensure alignment across all involved departments.

What to expect:

• Coordinate and align concepts during the early phase of vehicle development with all relevant stakeholders
• Lead regular project coordination meetings
• Participate in project reviews and present topics to committees and decision-making boards
• Plan, manage and monitor agreed project objectives
• Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders
• Act as the interface between the project team and the customer

What you bring:

• Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Professional experience in the automotive industry and vehicle development with a focus on complete vehicle development
• Experience in coordinating and steering project teams
• Strong communication, organization, and moderation skills combined with a confident professional appearance
• Structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
• Fluent Czech language skills (minimum C1)
• Good German or English skills (minimum B1)
• Willingness to work regularly on-site in Mladá Boleslav and travel as required by the project
