Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Pricing Manager - Import (m/f/d) in Bremen, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop competitive and commercially viable pricing solutions for import-related transportation services and customer opportunities
  • Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and pricing proposals for complex logistics requirements
  • Manage and coordinate import pricing requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Support RFQ, tender, and bid processes by developing tailored pricing concepts and commercial solutions
  • Analyze transportation requirements and collaborate with operational and project teams to determine the most suitable logistics solutions
  • Obtain and evaluate supplier, carrier, and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing
  • Assess costs, margins, risks, and profitability to support sustainable business growth
  • Monitor market developments and pricing trends within the German logistics and freight forwarding industry
  • Work closely with Business Development, Operations, Procurement, and Project Management teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of pricing processes and methodologies

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

  • Several years of experience in Pricing, Project Freight Forwarding, Tender Management, Commercial Logistics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of international transportation and import-related logistics services
  • Experience in preparing quotations, cost calculations, and commercial proposals
  • Good understanding of the German freight forwarding and logistics market
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Very good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
