Your Mission

At Stryker, your work helps make healthcare better. During this Packaging Engineering Internship in Medical Devices, you will support the development, testing and improvement of packaging solutions that protect medical technology products and help ensure they reach healthcare teams safely and reliably. You will gain hands-on experience in a MedTech internship environment, work with experienced engineers and contribute to meaningful projects with real-world impact.

What You'll Do

  • Support the integration of new products into existing packaging systems for medical technology products.

  • Contribute to innovative packaging solutions based on user needs and packaging development methods.

  • Assist with packaging tests to verify and validate design concepts.

  • Support prototype and production part testing, including preparation, setup and documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing packaging concepts and develop new solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering etc), Packaging Technology, Product Design, or related field.

  • Completed a Bachelor’s degree and interest in applying your knowledge in a practical semester or student internship.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Initial experience with CAD, preferably Creo or SolidWorks, and/or simulation tools such as ANSYS, or curiosity to learn them.

  • You are confident communicating in English (minimum B2). German language skills (minimum B2) are a plus

Germany Pay Range:

  • Schonkirchen/Kiel 35Std: €2.222,85 EUR Monthly
