ABOUT THE ROLE
The DuPont HR Service Center in Asturias is looking for a Human Resources Service Center Analyst to join the team. This role is fully dedicated to providing HR operational and administrative support to an external client under the Transitional Services Agreement (TSA), ensuring accurate and timely service delivery in line with established processes, service standards and compliance requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day HR support through case management tools, email and other service channels, ensuring a high-quality employee and manager experience.
- Administer HR processes related to employee lifecycle events, including new hires, employee data changes, transfers, promotions, exits and other HR transactions.
- Process and maintain confidential HR data accurately, ensuring compliance with internal policies, data privacy requirements and applicable local regulations.
- Support payroll-related activities, including preparation and validation of monthly inputs, variable elements, payroll templates, special payments and benefit contribution data.
- Coordinate with payroll, local HR, managers, recruiters, vendors and other stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely completion of HR processes.
- Administer employee benefits, terms and conditions, TPV processes and HR-related invoices, working with internal teams and external providers when required.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge management to ensure processes are clear, consistent and up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance service quality within the HR Service Center.
- Participate in or support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to the role’s area of responsibility.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in English. Additional languages would be considered an asset.
- One to two years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR administration, payroll support, shared services or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits in Spain, including related administrative processes and provider coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize workload, prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines, particularly in payroll or time-sensitive HR processes.
- Ability to process a high volume of detailed work accurately within short timeframes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Proficiency in Workday is required.
