Trainee Risk Assurance Services

As experts in risk management services, we collaborate with our clients to tackle a wide range of assignments. Our approach encompasses various business aspects, ensuring that our clients not only meet their goals but also explore new opportunities for growth.

What kind of role is it?

We offer a wide range of services to our clients, such as business process development related to regulatory compliance and assessments against leading practices, data analytics, IT audits, and IT system transformation assessments. We actively collaborate especially with our audit, capital market transaction, cybersecurity, and ESG/sustainability teams. Our diverse customer base comprises both global and national private companies, as well as public organizations.

As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in auditing and evaluating business processes and system controls and analyzing data from information systems. You will support the team in a variety of client projects and other assignments, giving you broad exposure to different industries and business environments.

This role is for you if you have:

• Studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Risk Management

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish or Finnish is considered an advantage

And additionally have skills or understanding in one or more of the topics listed below:

• Understanding or experience in business processes and controls and/or risk management

• Data processing skills

• Experience with ERP systems and financial management applications

• Experience or understanding of corporate IT environments such as administration of applications or infrastructure

• Experience or understanding related to cyber

• Experience or understanding related to AI

While we appreciate candidates who possess the above-listed skills or understanding, as our team's projects are very diverse in nature, we do not expect a single candidate to have skills in all the listed topics. Your trainee period will allow you to explore and develop your knowledge in the topic areas applicable to your background and interests. We would expect your background knowledge to have been accumulated through acquired work experience and / or studies.
