Senior FP&A Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team, reporting directly to the Finance and Treasury Manager.
The role's main purpose is to provide accurate financial analysis and insights to support informed business decision-making.
- Preparation of monthly reports for management purposes including P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, working capital analysis, capital expenditure analysis,
- Preparation of annual budget – revision of budget: explain variances, monitors the levels of compliance and identifies the areas of concern,
- Development of financial reports according to IFRS,
- Participation in the preparation of statutory consolidated financial statements,
- Assist in the monitoring of lease agreements and support related accounting and reporting requirements, including IFRS 16 where relevant,
- Work with external auditors to verify or provide information,
- Participates in the continuous improvement and optimization of ERP and BI reporting systems,
- Develops ad – hoc management reports on performance analysis according to CEO’s or Finance and Treasury Manager’s requests,
- Acts as a business partner to operational teams by providing financial insights and supporting decision-making,
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for management,
- Participation in the preparation of Business Plans, Due diligence,
- Proceeds to cost monitoring and controlling, providing insight of company’s expenses.
Requirements
- 5 -7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally combining audit and corporate finance / FP&A experience,
- A university degree, MBA or MSc in Finance/Accounting will be considered an asset,
- A relevant professional qualification (ACCA, IESOEL) will be considered an asset,
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, consolidation, IFRS and reporting practices,
- Ability to transform data into executable and effective reports,
- Advanced Excel,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- High attention to detail and accuracy,
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills,
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines,
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken,
- Learning agility and adaptability.
