The Compensation and Benefits Officer is responsible for the administration and management of the company's compensation, benefits, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and employee movement processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees regarding their pay, benefits, and HR-related inquiries. The Senior Compensation and Benefits Officer ensures all policies and procedures are followed, deadlines are met, and data is accurately maintained in the HRIS system.
Compensation & Benefits
- Handle monthly payroll and MPF contribution. Ensure all information including commission data, employee data etc provided to our payroll outsource vendor are correct;
- Perform payroll checking. Make sure the payroll details presented by the payroll outsource vendor are accurate;
- Handle annual employer tax return including rental reimbursement scheme, home leave etc;
- Act as the benefit administrator, such as MPF and Medical Insurance enrolment and termination;
- Responsible for the maintenance of employee information in HR system & leave system;
- Assist in annual budget & annual salary review;
- Provide administrative support for the compensation and benefits team such as letter and report preparation, filing, etc.;
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and leavers;
- Manage employee status changes, such as transfers, promotions, and job reclassifications;
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, providing guidance and support to employees;
- Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and employee experience ;
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
