Join Transcom as a BI Business Analyst!

Be part of our IT team and play a key role in helping Transcom make better use of its data. In this role, you'll work across the BI ecosystem, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of BI standards, data integrations and continuous improvements of our reporting platform. In this role, you will:

• Act as a trusted link between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication
• Work with BI users and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver the best possible reporting experience
• Design and recommend BI solutions that balance performance, scalability and cost
• Create clear data mappings and communicate findings effectively
• Participate in data and reporting solution design, using your understanding of business processes and the Transcom operating model
• Analyse reporting data structures and source systems to troubleshoot issues and design effective data processes
• Contribute to complex data consolidation projects and data integration activities
• Help develop and maintain BI data standards aligned with business requirements and industry best practices

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline such as IT, Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or a similar domain
• Experience with data modeling, data troubleshooting and complex data consolidation projects
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience with creating dashboards and data visualisations is a plus; knowledge of Looker is an advantageExperience with Cloud platforms; knowledge of GCP is an advantage
• Experience with tools commonly used in the CX industry, such as WFM, SAP, Avaya, Salesforce, Genesys or Zendesk, is a plus
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data and technical concepts clearly to different audiences
• Ability to work effectively within a geographically and culturally diverse team
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
