Discover the Role
In this role, you will drive operational excellence and support TMF Group's transformation agenda across the BIIL market (British Isle, Ireland, and Luxembourg). Working closely with business stakeholders across HR & Payroll, Accounting & Tax, Entity Management, and Capital Markets, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage automation, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
As part of our Operations & Technology team, you will lead and support initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, business analysis, project delivery, data analytics, and reporting. You will be responsible for analyzing complex processes and datasets, designing and implementing scalable technology-enabled solutions, managing projects from concept to deployment, and ensuring successful adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse operational processes to identify process improvement/automation opportunities, prepare business case and, where approved, design and deliver solution
- Work with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are captured accurately and solutions are meeting defined business needs
- Identify, mitigate and manage project related risks
- Embed quality and review in all activities and deliverables
- Define and implement change management strategy to ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable, prepared and motivated for the change/solution
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the market who have accountability for project execution
- Coach, mentor and support other team members to enhance delivery performance
- Establish effective reporting on project benefits, progress, risks and issues to the different stakeholders
- Establish clear and measurable goals which improve business performance
- Contribute to governance meetings, reporting to BIIL O&T Lead
- Organize, store, analyze, and transform data from different sources and large datasets into information that can be utilized to make business decisions and actions, using various techniques and modelling of outputs
- Maintain regular reports and amend changes based on stakeholders’ requirements
- Analyze, understand, and model data being used in the process and (re)define process flows, reporting and data visualization that improves efficiency in how we deliver outputs and insights to our Clients
- Provide training and support to teams to develop their self-service use of the data flow automation, data analytics solutions designed and implemented
- Create and manage (self-service) automation tools
- Ownership and oversight of data quality and identify potential enhancements
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in data analytics, process automation, process improvement;
- Experience in project management, and business analysis, with a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes;
- Knowledge of at least one data analytics, visualization, automation, or programming tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, VBA, Alteryx, UiPath, Copilot);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English;
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across different cultures and geographies;
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to clearly communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and deadlines;
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related business environment would be an advantage.
