We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused and commercially minded Coffee Dock/ F&B Assistant to lead our popular Coffee Dock within the Courtyard Bar.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and has a passion for leading people and maintaining high operational standards.

You will oversee the day-to-day operation of one of the hotel's busiest guest touchpoints, ensuring every customer enjoys a welcoming, efficient and memorable experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining quality standards, supporting team development, and contributing to the ongoing success of Newtown Park Hotel.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional guest service and consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere within the Coffee Dock.
• Lead and support a motivated, engaged and customer-focused team.
• Ensure consistently high standards of product quality, presentation and cleanliness.
• Drive upselling opportunities
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the hotel.

About You

We are looking for an energetic and service-driven hospitality professional who has a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a café, coffee dock, food and beverage outlet, hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends and public holidays as required.
