As our Office Manager & Employee Experience, you'll be the heartbeat of our Israeli offices- responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office and for creating a warm, engaging, and efficient environment for our employees. This role calls for strong operational and execution skills, ownership, and genuine care for people.
What you'll own
- Workplace experience. Shape our workplace experience by creating a warm, simple, and welcoming environment for employees, candidates, and visitors alike.
- Employee focal point. Serve as the "go-to" person for employees on all office-related matters, proactively managing daily office needs.
- Daily administration. Own daily office operations end-to-end, including meeting rooms, supplies, equipment, parking, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Vendor & budget management. Manage relationships with office vendors and suppliers, and help oversee the office budget.
- Employee experience. Plan and execute employee experience initiatives, including company events, gifting, wellness programs, holiday celebrations, and personal milestones.
- Onboarding. Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into company culture and operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager or Admin in a tech company.
- Proven hands-on experience in leading employee experience initiatives, company events, and culture programs.
- Native-level English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
- Positive, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with and for people.
- Excellent time management, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong planning skills with a dynamic, hands-on approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
