Production Worker

Job Purpose and Impact

The General Laborer III will perform physical production and warehouse responsibilities requiring accuracy with an in-depth understanding of policies and procedures with occasional guidance. In this role, you will support production operations while following all Food Safety and regulatory polices as required.

Key Accountabilities

• Measure ingredients, positions materials and parts for production per product specifications and may use judgement to prioritize work within the production schedule.
• Operate simple equipment such as a scales and labelers and may use a knife or other hand tools for general use with occasional guidance.
• Convey materials and items within production and warehouse areas by hand, hand truck or electric hand truck.
• Regularly lift and stack materials, products, tools or equipment.
• Hand pack product into materials.
• Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned
