Executive - Finance

What You Need to Do

  • Perform outlet-related finance operations, including verification of petty cash for assigned outlets, provision of cost lines, posting of recurring journal entries, discount coupon redemption, and verification of cashier incentives.
  • Attend cash verification audits and asset verification processes and upload daily fund transfers for all outlets to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete monthly Nexus reconciliations from a Finance perspective by comparing Salesforce liability values with SAP GL balances. Identify discrepancies and follow up with the IT team for resolution.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the EMS system by coordinating issue resolution and facilitating timely reimbursement of Head Office petty cash.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of service GRN accounts and follow up with respective PO holders to clear pending verifications exceeding 30 days.
  • Perform balance sheet analysis for assigned GLs as part of the monthly review conducted by the Senior Finance team.
  • Prepare mid-month and month-end BEST estimates for allocated P&L GLs.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain proper filing of outlet tax invoices in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

What You Need

  • A degree or equivalent professional qualification. Full or part qualification in CIMA, CA, or ACCA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • Prior experience in external audit will be considered an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and related compliance requirements.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude towards new challenges, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
