The position also includes the following responsibilities:
• Supporting the recruitment process from application stage through to onboarding;
• Maintaining candidate records and assisting with recruitment administration;
• Preparing certificates, creating posters, and developing internal communications for team members;
• Updating digital notice boards and internal communication platforms;
• Assisting with the organisation of team member events and engagement activities;
• Supporting team members with HR-related requests and enquiries;
• Assisting the Human Resources Executives and HR Administration Team with training, development initiatives, and general administrative tasks;
• Supporting other HR-related projects and duties as required.

Advantageous Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in Human Resources, administration, recruitment, or a related field;
• Interest in the hospitality industry and employee experience;
• Knowledge of HR processes and workplace practices.
Languages:
• A high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of additional languages would be considered an asset.
