Provides advanced technical expertise in manufacturing quality, ensuring product integrity through advanced quality control, inspection leadership, and defect prevention.

Job Requirements

  • Developing and implementing advanced quality control and inspection techniques across manufacturing processes.
  • Conducting detailed quality inspections, tests, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance and robustness.
  • Documenting, analyzing, and reporting quality and inspection results to drive corrective and preventive actions..
  • Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex quality issues and systemic defects.
  • Providing technical training, inspection guidance, and mentorship to junior technicians and quality staff.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 5-6 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
