What You’ll Do (Beyond the Basics): You won’t just “visit patients”—you’ll become a trusted part of their care journey.

Step into patients’ homes and deliver personalized, high-quality nursing care
Perform assessments that look beyond symptoms to the whole person
Provide hands-on skilled care: wound care, medication management, chronic disease support
Teach, guide, and support patients and families with confidence and compassion
Notice the small changes that make a big difference
Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team that has your back
Document your care with accuracy and purpose, helping shape better outcomes

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Active RN license in Maine
At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health is a plus, but heart matters just as much)
Confidence working independently—with strong judgment and critical thinking
A natural communicator who builds trust easily
A reliable vehicle and readiness to travel locally
A belief that healthcare should meet people where they are
