PwC’s Transaction Services team is part of our Deals practice and primarily delivers financial due diligence services. The team supports clients through important transactions by helping them understand financial performance, risks and opportunities.

At Manager level, you’ll lead small engagements, manage client interactions, review analysis and reports, and coach one or two junior team members.

These are full-time, permanent roles, each with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of deal work, there may be times when tight deadlines require additional hours.
