Aspire FLP Trainee – Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

To provide structured exposure and hands-on learning opportunities to high-potential graduates, enabling them to build core professional skills and experience, and develop readiness for future roles within the institution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to support project activities.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain technical documentation and project records.
  • Support routine inspections, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of plant systems.
  • Assist with sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives to improve operational performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional learning opportunities across Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC functions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, update project documentation, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
  • Perform other project-related duties assigned to support departmental objectives.

Note: All FLP trainees are expected to undertake both operational and routine responsibilities within their assigned departments, in addition to contributing to project-based assignments.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 0-1 years of experience in related fields.
  • Knowledge of HVAC or building services systems.
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
