Filling Operator

Position title: Filling Operator

Accountabilities

1. Lead a 3P operations team to manage packaging and filling operations across 5 small pack lines, 3 drum lines and 1 tank lorry filling gantry
2. Support the Filling Supervisor in tasks assigned
3. Develop, implement and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for filling operations
4. Ensure operations under his/her control are safe and comply with defined SOPs and HSSE Control Framework
5. Ensure product integrity and highest quality standard as defined under ISO procedures and Lubricant Quality Guidelines
6. Manage assets under his/her operational control including state-of-the-art fast speed automated lines
7. Implement all continuous improvement frameworks with all its pillars to ensure operations optimization
8. Ensure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Production Schedule Adherence (PSA), Right First Time (RFT), On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure product availability for business support
9. Liaise with the Maintenance team for timely preventive and reactive maintenances
10. Coordinate with Blending team for timely availability of finished lubricant
11. Coordinate with Logistics team for timely delivery of packaging material and upliftment of finished goods

Education & Experience:

Degree: Bachelors degree in engineering preferably in Mechanical or Chemical

1 to 3 years of experience in managing operations

Work schedule: 5 day work week with alternate Saturdays on duty

Shift duty: Yes
