Client Testing Coordinator – Funds

The Client Integration department helps clients successfully connect, onboard, migrate and grow within Euroclear by coordinating all activities required to make change simple and successful. Being part of the Client and Business Strategy division, we closely interact with our clients, and we strive for business expansion in our day-to-day work.

Within the Client Integration Team we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the Funds Client Testing Team to take on this challenging client facing role. The team is responsible for testing, validating, and supporting technical setups, ensuring that transaction flows are accurate and ready for production go-live. As a dedicated client testing coordinator your focus will be on enabling and validating all connectivity channels required for clients and agents to interact with FundSettle efficiently.

Your Role:

As a Client Testing Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and facilitate testing requests related to FundSettle activity
• Act as central liaison with internal and external clients during the whole testing process
• Support the delivery of onboarding and migration activities with a focus on communication channels

Your key objectives will be to:

• Support the setup and execution of test plans to ensure smooth onboarding and migration of clients and transfer agents
• Assist in testing and validating communication channels (SWIFT, browser, file transfer) to ensure readiness for production
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, IT) to support client onboarding
• Handle client and transfer agent queries related to communication setups
• Contribute to the maintenance of documentation and communication-related materials
• Continuously develop knowledge of FundSettle communication channels and related processes

Your Profile:

• Strong interest in financial markets and fund services
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
• Good organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail
• Client-focused mindset previous client facing experience is an added value) with a collaborative approach
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge or willingness to learn and develop expertise in technical communication channels (SWIFT / ISO formats is a plus)
• Previous experience in Funds environment is a must
