Key responsibilities in your new role

In this 12-month internship, you will support our HR counterparts across Europe with processes related to employee compensation, managing requests, and working in collaboration on process improvements.

• Rewards & Benefits Operations: Manage HR requests within the scope of Rewards & Benefits for Europe
• Process Improvement: Support process improvements
• Harmonization & Automation:Be involved in harmonization and automation processes
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Communicate with HR partners in Europe

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. You thrive in an international environment, and you are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.

• Education:A degree in Human Resources, Languages, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Digital Skills: Good command of MS Office Tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel)
• HR Tools: Affinity for HR Tools. Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
• Languages: Good command of English and intermediate level of German (mandatory)
