About the Role

The Senior Account Executive will run mid-size projects for clients, provide media intelligence and insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, Internal Communication, Digital Media, and Press Office.

The individual should be able to think creatively to solve problems and demonstrate forward-thinking ability by identifying digital and social trends and putting them into practice for clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide media intelligence, analysis, and trend-development insights, with clear advisory on how these developments impact clients.
  • Support crisis preparedness activities, including drills, messaging, and monitoring.
  • Support the management and preparation of event content, including researching and vetting speakers, attendees, and participants.
  • Provide research, analysis, and detailed recommendations to support informed decision-making on public relations opportunities, collaboration requests, stakeholder inquiries, external engagements, reputational matters, and emerging issues.
  • Support reputation management activities, including monitoring emerging issues, gathering relevant information, conducting research and analysis, and developing appropriate communications responses and recommendations.
  • Support the population, management, and distribution of client’s external newsletter by coordinating with relevant teams to source and compile content, maintaining accurate stakeholder distribution lists, and ensuring timely dissemination to external audiences.
  • Attend daily meetings and actively contribute to discussions and activities, including communicating ideas, opinions, and insights.
  • Conduct forward-looking assessments of emerging trends, topics, and speakers to strategically position client events and initiatives and enhance their visibility and relevance.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Public Relations department, ensuring operational efficiency, high performance, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Manages client expectations effectively
  • Ensures timely and effective service delivery to clients.
  • Develops presentations for clients relative to project management/programme status.
  • Keeps team(s) appropriately informed and involved in projects.
  • Delivers strong analysis, creative ideas, strategies and concepts to new campaigns and projects.
  • Anticipates and assists in developing solutions to client problems.
  • A broadly capable writer and editor, able to generate a range of materials that requires minimal editing and edit the work of others.
  • Acts in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times.

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of related, client-facing industry experience managing the development or delivery of strong work.
  • The candidate should ideally have experience across several accounts, delivering programmes with a focus on corporate brand.
  • The candidate should be curious and committed to lifelong learning.
  • The candidate should demonstrate the ability to get things done on budget and on time.
  • The candidate should demonstrate accountability and maintain a calm, confident presence.
  • The candidate should bring strong skills in research, analysis, and trend identification.
  • The candidate should have excellent writing and communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is favourable.
