Role and responsibilities:
Support CX leadership with profitability reporting and analysis of key business drivers
Manage project accounting and revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS standards
Coordinate the monthly close and reporting process for the CX function
Manage the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes in collaboration with CX leadership
Identify opportunities to improve and automate finance processes, including the use of AI-enabled solutions
Maintain CX reporting structures within ERP and planning systems
Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and system implementation projects
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in controlling, accounting, or financial analysis
Experience in project-based business and familiarity with revenue recognition principles is considered an advantage
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
Ability to adapt to a changing environment aiming to automate and improve current practices
Fluent in English
Familiar with SAP ERP usage
Experience in implementation of new systems and tools
International qualifications will be considered a plus (CFA, ACCA)
