Location/Division Specific Information:

Olink, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is dedicated to advancing the understanding of human disease through proteomics. Olink panels provide innovative, high-quality solutions for human protein biomarker discovery, enabling researchers to measure thousands of proteins simultaneously from just a few microliters of blood. Using highly specific and thoroughly validated assays with a wide dynamic range, Olink technology overcomes traditional limitations in protein analysis and supports deeper insight into human biology and disease.

Position Description

Quality Control Operations ensures that Olink products meet established quality requirements throughout the production process. The function supports product quality and reliable operations through quality control, investigations and continuous improvement.

A Day in the Life:

In this role you will be responsible of performing quality control of raw material, intermediates and products while following standardized protocols and processes. The position is based in our Uppsala office and is reporting to Manager of Quality Control Operations.

· Independently perform analyses in the lab according to methods and routines

· Document and report test results, including acceptance testing.

· Report/write nonconformities and batch investigations.

· Participate as a project member in projects

· Perform stability studies.

· Write, update QC documents.

· Troubleshoot failed QC runs.

· Provide training for colleagues

Qualifications/Skills

· University Degree withing Chemistry/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology or similar

· Experience working in a lab environment.

· Experience working in a regulated environment, for example ISO 13845 or GxP.

· Excellent pipetting skills pipetting small volumes, ≤10µl.

· Experience working with multi-channel pipett.

· Proficient in M/S Office

· Fluent in Swedish and English, both reading and writing.
