Job Summary
To support financial planning, reporting, analysis, and financial control for business operations by ensuring accurate and timely financial information, monitoring OPEX, CAPEX, and fixed asset-related matters, analyzing key financial variances, and providing practical insights to support management decision-making and cost control.

OPEX Budget Control
- Monitor OPEX utilization against approved budgets by department or cost center and follow up significant variances with budget owners.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support annual budget and rolling forecast preparation; consolidate financial assumptions and inputs from relevant business units.
CAPEX Management
- Review CAPEX requests and supporting information; monitor approved budgets, commitments, actual spending, remaining budget, and project completion.
Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports, performance analyses, and presentation materials for management review.
E-Catalog Budget Verification
- Review and verify budget availability in the E-Catalog system before purchase approval and support budget owners with utilization information.
Variance & Business Analysis
- Analyze actual results against budget and forecast; explain key variances, risks, opportunities, profitability, and business performance drivers.
Fixed Asset Management
- Coordinate with Accounting and related departments on fixed asset improvement projects, including asset registration, capitalization support, verification, transfer, disposal, and other related matters.
Data Validation & Reconciliation
- Validate and reconcile financial data; investigate differences in sales, COGS, inventory, expenses, and profitability information.
Policy, Control & Documentation
- Support compliance with OPEX, CAPEX, fixed asset policies, approval workflows, and documentation requirements for audit and management review.
Business Support & Financial Control
- Provide financial information for decision-making and highlight key financial risks or unusual transactions.
Process Improvement
- Review and improve financial processes, reporting tools, data quality, standardization, and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics
- Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferable)
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis / Financial Consolidation/ Audit background / Accounting field
Skills
- Knowledge of IFRS, TFRS, Tax regulation must be advantage
- Have interpersonal, communication skill, analytical thinking, able to work under time constrains, handle well under pressure
- Have enthusiasm for demand from management
- Advanced MS Office skills is required especially on Excel
