Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Analyst QC will be responsible for performing quality control analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality and safety for SD Guthrie International Morakot Public Company Limited.
Job Responsibilities:
* Execute a variety of analytical tests and experiments using established laboratory procedures and instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, titrators).
* Accurately record, interpret, and analyze experimental data, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
* Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
* Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Identify and troubleshoot analytical issues or deviations, escalating complex problems to senior personnel.
* Participate in the investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results and non-conformances.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment in compliance with company policies and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
* Contribute to the development and revision of QC documentation, including SOPs, analytical methods, and specifications.
* Collaborate effectively with production, R&D, and other departments to support quality initiatives.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
* Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Control laboratory, preferably within the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry.
* Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
* Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting common laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis).
* Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP).
* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
