We are looking for the Health and Safety Technician to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Dushanbe , CCI Tajikistan .

What we expect

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health & Safety programs and initiatives
• Conduct workplace inspections and identify potential hazards and risks
• Participate in incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Monitor compliance with company H&S standards and legal requirements
• Deliver safety inductions, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks
• Maintain H&S records, reports, and documentation
• Support emergency preparedness activities and drills
• Promote a strong safety culture across the plant and workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• Min.2 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Knowledge of local Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and standards
• Familiarity with risk assessment, incident investigation, and hazard identification processes
• Experience conducting workplace inspections and safety audits
• Strong communication, training, and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports related to safety performance
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Tajik , Russian and English languages
