Candidates must hold a valid work visa for the country/region where the position is located. You will:

1. Conduct data analysis and insight generation: participate in marketing data analysis, user behavior analysis, and ROI analysis to uncover growth opportunities from large datasets.
2. Execute media buying: support advertising for DTC and Amazon markets in North America and Europe, running and optimizing full-funnel campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon.
3. Run growth experiments: participate in A/B testing, conversion funnel optimization, and growth model building, learning a scientific approach to growth.
4. Optimize efficiency and control: monitor key advertising metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), support campaign optimization, and explore new channels, technologies, and tactics.

职位要求

1. Class of 2027, bachelor's degree or above; backgrounds in data science, statistics, marketing, engineering, mathematics, and related fields are all welcome.
2. Experience in data analysis projects, campus competitions, internships, or student club operations, with demonstrated ability in data-driven decision-making or growth optimization.
3. A global marketing mindset: attuned to overseas market dynamics, able to quickly grasp global user preferences, platform rules, and advertising trends, and adapt campaign strategies to local contexts.
4. A data-sensitive instinct: keenly detect fluctuations in key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.), extract optimization signals from data, ensure every adjustment is evidence-based, and steadily improve advertising efficiency.
5. A growth-driven mindset: focused on conversion growth with strong execution, able to use AI tools (data analysis, automated buying, copy optimization) to multiply growth efficiency and help the brand continuously break into new overseas markets.
6. Exposure to real global marketing operations, participating in campaigns with multi-million-dollar advertising budgets.
7. One-on-one mentorship to quickly master data-driven growth marketing methodologies.
8. Hands-on experience in AI-era marketing automation and intelligent buying, growing into a well-rounded growth marketing professional.
