As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage your station (hot, cold, pastry depending on profile)
• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipe standards
• Anticipate mise en place for smooth service
• Ensure product quality control
• Supervise commis and demi-chefs
• Participate in inventory and waste control

Skills & Soft Skills:

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to their section
• Ability to independently manage a station during service
• Preparation and plating of dishes in line with the Maison’s standards
• Strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Organization and execution of mise en place
• Effective coordination within the kitchen brigade
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• Reliability and professionalism
• Passion for gastronomy
