Maintenance Management System Engineer

At Sener, we are delivering some of the region's most complex and innovative transportation projects. We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Rail & Metro team in the UAE, where you'll play a key role in developing and assuring cybersecurity solutions for complex railway systems and infrastructure.

-Review MMS designs, system architectures, technical specifications, functional requirements, and supplier documentation.

-Review contractor and system integrator submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

-Manage and coordinate interfaces between MMS and rail systems including:

• SCADA
• Signaling
• Telecommunications
• Rolling Stock
• Asset Management Systems
• Cybersecurity Systems

-Support MMS installation, configuration, and deployment activities.

-Participate in integration testing, system verification, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.

-Identify, investigate, and resolve technical and interface issues affecting project delivery.

-Participate in technical workshops, design reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.

-Provide technical guidance and leadership on MMS requirements, integration strategies, and operational considerations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Railway systems, asset management, or maintenance systems certifications are desirable.

Experience

• 10-15+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Mandatory experience within Rail or Metro projects.
• Strong railway systems integration experience.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, requirements, and contractor deliverables.
• Proven experience supporting installation, integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Experience working with international rail system integrators.

Preferred

· Dubai Metro experience

· GCC Rail/Metro project experience

· Large-scale rail infrastructure project experience

· Experience across the full project lifecycle from design through commissioning
