Officer - Project Management

Project Portfolio

• Support project and program management activities by maintaining project information, attending review meetings, collecting project updates, and assisting in the preparation of project and portfolio status reports. Support the tracking of project progress, milestones, KPIs, risks, issues, and service provider performance, and escalate identified deviations to the relevant PMO team member or Line Manager.

Interaction and Communication

• Support project-related coordination and communication in accordance with approved PMO standards and requirements, ensuring information is exchanged in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate project progress and execution.

New Projects

• Support the preparation of project documentation, charts, plans, schedules, and budget information for new initiatives and projects based on information provided by Project Managers and relevant stakeholders.

Administrative Support

• Undertake administrative support to the section to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the Departmental Plans.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures

• Follow and apply approved project management policies, methodologies, processes, procedures, templates, and systems in carrying out assigned activities and support Project Managers in meeting applicable PMO requirements.

Personnel Development

• Perform additional tasks as requested by the management to achieve objectives and commitments.

Internal Surveillance Program of the Sector

• Support the follow-up and tracking of corrective actions raised against the Sector under the internal surveillance program and maintain relevant records and evidence as required.

External Audits

• Support the administration of activities by external entities on request.

Document Management

• Maintain records of relevant reports, certifications, and general correspondence to ensure proper document management.

Reporting

• Support the preparation, consolidation, and timely submission of functional and project-related reports in accordance with GCAA requirements and applicable quality standards

Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards=

Other Tasks/ Accountability

• Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives/commitments.
