As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026, Les Maisons Bocus e are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for our future Pastry Chef, ready to embody excellence and the highest standards of French gastronomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the dessert menu in line with the identity of Les Maisons Bocuse
• Oversee daily production (restaurant service, events, special offerings)
• Ensure excellence in taste, presentation, and technical execution
• Lead, train, and structure the pastry brigade
• Manage food costs and maintain targeted ratios
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

Skills & Soft Skills:

• Formal training in pastry
• Proven experience as Pastry Chef or Sous Pastry Chef in a high-end or Michelin-starred establishment
• Strong mastery of classic French pastry techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail and presentation
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to manage a multicultural team
