About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor (PCBA) to lead PCB Assembly manufacturing operations, ensuring products are delivered on time, to the required quality standards, and in a safe, cost-effective manner. The role is responsible for supervising production teams, driving continuous improvement, maintaining IPC compliance, and supporting day-to-day operational excellence within the PCB facility.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise PCB Assembly production activities to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor work orders in line with production schedules, resource availability, and capacity.
  • Lead and develop production teams through coaching, performance management, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with IPC standards, IPC Class 3 requirements, customer specifications, and company procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing initiatives, and process optimization across the facility.
  • Monitor work-in-progress and resolve production issues to maintain efficient operations.
  • Ensure equipment readiness by coordinating with maintenance teams and escalating technical issues when required.
  • Promote a safe working environment and enforce 5S, HSE, and operational compliance standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electronics or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a PCB Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PCB Assembly processes, production planning, and shop floor operations.
  • Experience leading production teams and delivering quality and productivity targets.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience within defence, aerospace, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • IPC certification and strong understanding of relevant IPC standards.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting IPC Class 3 or high-reliability electronics production.
