Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Attendants and Bar Attendants to join our team.

Job Description

• Creating exceptional guest experiences by providing great customer service and memorable moments
• Efficiently in serving food & beverage for restaurant and conference rooms
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits
• Breakfast service including buffet, and maintaining presentation of the restaurant
• Assisting guests with questions and menu recommendations
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage

• Knowledge of beverages including barista coffee, cocktails and wines to be able to maximise average spend
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with attention to detail
• Interest in making genuine connections with guests and colleagues
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling, or willing to obtain
• Must have working rights in Australia
