Our new site in Beringen is part of an ambitious transformation. From September 2026, Active Ants, Base Logistics, Radial and Staci will join forces under one name: Paxon. As an international logistics partner, we combine the expertise of several leading players in fulfilment, warehousing, transport and supply chain management. At our site in Beringen, you will have the opportunity to help build this new story from the front row. To strengthen our team in Beringen, we are looking for a WMS Coach.

What will you do?

• You will be the first point of contact for WMS-related questions and issues at our site in Beringen, ensuring quick and efficient resolution. The focus is on the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS), but you will also contribute to other logistics technologies and applications.
• You support operational teams on the shop floor with system incidents and work together with external suppliers when needed.
• You analyse processes and contribute ideas for new solutions and improvements to meet existing and future customer needs.
• You create and maintain operational reports and analyses that support the business.
• You help draft and implement work instructions, procedures and training materials for the local operation.
• You support testing of system changes, bug fixes and new functionalities, and ensure these are properly documented.
• You work together with the international Fulfilment Technology Team and also get to know other logistics systems and reporting tools.
• You support the operation during stock counts (Wall-to-Wall Counts), including reporting, follow-up of the counts and processing of results.
• You help new employees become familiar with the systems so they can perform their daily tasks smoothly.

Who are you?

• You have at least 2 years of experience with a Warehouse Management System, preferably Manhattan WMOS or a comparable platform.
• You have strong operational insight into warehouse and fulfilment processes.
• You have experience with system testing, new functionalities and process improvements.
• You have strong analytical skills and know how to turn problems into sustainable solutions.
• You can translate operational data into clear reports and actionable insights.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues, operational stakeholders and IT partners.
• You take ownership, work independently and set the right priorities, even under time pressure.
• You show initiative, contribute ideas for optimisation and are flexible when the operation requires it.
• In this role, you report to the Operations Manager.
