We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to originate and lead the design, strategy, and implementation of multifunction Global Business Services (GBS) solutions for enterprise clients. You will partner with C-suite leadership to define GBS operating models that drive operational excellence, cost leadership, and strategic acceleration.

Lead complex, multi-function and multi-geography transformations across the full lifecycle—from strategy and operating model design through implementation and value realization—by:

• Originating and developping GBS opportunities, building compelling business cases and value propositions for enterprise clients and senior decision-makers.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on GBS strategy and transformation.
• Leading end-to-end GBS strategy and operating model design, including organizational structures, governance frameworks, service delivery models, and location strategies across captive and outsourced environments.
• Advising clients on complex, multi-function GBS organizations spanning Finance, HR, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Designing innovative GBS models beyond traditional shared services, including Global Business Services organizations, Centers of Excellence, hybrid models, and other advanced delivery configurations.
• Leading large-scale GBS transformation programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, geographies, functions, and implementation workstreams.
• Defining performance management, process optimization, and continuous improvement strategies to drive cost reduction, operational maturity, and long-term value realization.
• Leading proposal development and supporting commercial negotiations for large-scale GBS engagements.
• Building, leading, and developing high-performing consulting teams, while ensuring delivery excellence and strong client outcomes across multiple engagements.
• Contributing to thought leadership and market development through industry events, publications, client forums, and other external initiatives.

Let's talk about you

• 8+ years of relevant experience in GBS/Shared Services strategy, operating model design, transformation, or implementation.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end GBS transformations, from strategy and operating model design through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and value realization.
• Extensive experience across at least 3 business functions within a GBS environment, such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or IT.
• Strong experience designing and implementing GBS operating models, including governance, organizational structures, service delivery models, and process frameworks.
• Experience in a BPO/consulting environment or in-house GBS leadership role, with a strong understanding of both strategic and operational aspects of GBS.
• Demonstrated commercial and business development track record, with the ability to originate, qualify, and close complex GBS opportunities and engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven success in driving operational excellence, including cost reduction, process optimization, performance improvement, and sustainable value creation within GBS environments.
• Experience in manufacturing-adjacent or capital-intensive industries, such as consumer products, automotive, food processing, oil & gas, chemicals, mining, or similar sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across both captive and outsourced GBS models.
• Experience designing or implementing global, multi-geography GBS organizations.
• Familiarity with intelligent automation, AI, and emerging technologies in GBS environments.
• Strong knowledge of GBS governance, risk, compliance, and performance management frameworks.
• Proven track record of building, scaling, or transforming GBS organizations from inception.
• Experience in business development, account management, or other commercially focused consulting roles.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification.
