What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and assemble fresh food products following standardized recipes and production specifications to ensure consistent quality.
  • Package, label, and stage finished goods for distribution while maintaining accurate product rotation and inventory handling.
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards across workstations and equipment throughout your shift.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP protocols, and food safety procedures to protect product integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and immediately escalate any food safety, quality, or equipment concerns.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures with precision.
  • Strong attention to food safety and hygiene practices in a production environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25–40 lbs, and work comfortably in refrigerated environments when required
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting team success

Pay: $16.00 -$27.50 Hourly
