Your role, Your impact
- Lead digital integration projects, acting as the central interface between clients and stakeholders at every stage.
- Manage key project dimensions including deliverable planning, QCDP objectives, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
- Oversee governance processes and ensure seamless transition from project delivery to operational contracts.
- Provide strategic arbitration and resolve claims or disputes across system levels.
- Adhere strictly to established processes, methods, and tools for digital project management.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As Digital Integration Project Manager, you will orchestrate cross-functional activities in a multicultural, multi-level environment.
What you bring
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital and telecommunications projects, ideally in rail or transport sectors.
- Experience as a digital project manager or system integrator, focused on integrating digital solutions into a final product
- Experience planning and executing handover from project mode to operations
- Strong IT foundations: able to speak the language of IT/engineering stakeholders (cloud, servers, networks, firewalls)
- Expertise in cloud technologies and cybersecurity, with a university degree in software engineering, network management, or related field.
- IPMA Level B or C certification (or equivalent) and strong communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to build and engage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, trust, and continuous growth.
- Openness to change, courage in decision-making, and a customer-centric approach to delivering fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Clear, structured communication style - can explain complex topics simply to different stakeholders
- Strong organization and structuring of own work
