Your Impact:
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and providing broad operational and administrative support across the company, from reception and meeting coordination to travel, supply procurement, and departmental support, ensuring a functional, welcoming, and well-organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items
Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary
Coordinates office space and staff environment
Handle shipping docs, including liaising with delivery services e.g. DHL
Acting as the primary point of contact with the Occupational Physician and Safety Technician and cleaning crew
Supports departments with certain processes involving company-wide interaction on a case by case
Supports MDs with day-to-day operations (e.g. signing, meetings, organization)
We’re looking for someone who has:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or office support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
Strong understanding, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
